The Nationwide Cheese Exhibition in Prague 2003

In January of 2003 the seventh annual Nationwide Cheese Exhibition in Prague 2005 took place, whichis organized by ICT Prague, the Department of Dairy and Fat Technology, the Czech-Moravian Dairy Union, and the Expert Group for Food Industry andAgricultural Chemistry of Czech Chemical Companies. Our cheeses were verysuccessful, which is attested to with the following awards.


Category – cheeses with the formation of holes: 1st place MADELAND LIGHT - loaf	Category - cheeses with the formation of holes: 3rd place PRIMATOR
Category - Moravian block type cheeses: 2nd place – PETR VOK - hard cheese	Category - cheeses with mould in the body: 2nd place NIVA - blue cheese
Category–Edam cheeses 20–30 % 3rd place EDAM CHEESE - loaf
